Choosing to be a Registered Nurse in Aged Care can provide exciting and rewarding opportunities for rapid professional development and career advancement.

Our aged care new graduate program aims to attract, retain and support new Registered Nurses by offering vital education, professional development, guidance and mentorship. This comprehensive course, split into 12 modules, combines evidence-based learning and best practice that is aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The program combines evidence-based modules that are all focused on supporting aged care new graduates and new to industry Registered Nurses to understand their role and begin their professional development from novice to expert clinician.

“This online course is endorsed by ACN according to our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Endorsed Course Standards. It has been allocated 24 CPD hours according to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Continuing Professional Development Standard.”
