Cynthia Payne has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience and over 20 years as a director on both NFP and FP boards. Cynthia founded Anchor Excellence in September 2018, now three years old, AE has impacted over 30% of the Australian aged care market via its programs, solutions and education. Passionate about leaders, supporting and enabling them and consumers’ lived experience, Cynthia and the seventeen-strong AE team together have a formidable level of expertise and commitment to the entire aged care ecosystem.

Payal Kapoor

Payal Kapoor comes with over 25 years of unique experience in aged care, public health and professional services, where she specialised in financial turnarounds and financial assistance to a wide array of clients. Payal has excellent financial management and proven legacy building skills, which come to the fore with her excellent storytelling skills and problem-solving skills. Payal has worked with multiple organisations in building strategic finance functions that are proactive in business management and trusted advisors to other parts of the organisation, always resulting in positive improvement of the business performance.
