Cynthia Payne

Cynthia is a recognised aged care services specialist, with more than 28 years of executive leadership, director and board experience, in both not-for-profit and private organisations. Cynthia is both Administrator and Advisor, and leads Anchor Excellence’s Compliance Transformation Services, business mentoring and executive coaching services.

Cynthia’s experience in a leading private aged care group of 11 homes and a home care service for over 15 years enables her to evaluate businesses and provide expertise to support turnaround, change and growth.

An expert in implementing the Australian Business Excellence Framework, Cynthia led her previous group global excellence recognition on three separate reviews.

John Engeler

John’s deep aged care executive management experience can support businesses with aged care compliance, accommodation pricing, establishing accommodation uplift plans, leading upgrades for all refurbishments and new development concept planning.

John has led a major aged care group’s building and asset management department, catering services, laundry services, procurement and IT, as well as leading significant refurbishments in the development of a contemporary 186 room service, valued at $60million.

John is passionate about working with aged care businesses to bring the customer experience to the fore of these important functional areas, and is an experienced Administrator for Compliance Transformation Services.

Claire Ward

Claire been working with and supporting organisations with their marketing, customer experience and communications strategy for over 17 years. For the last decade, Claire has worked specifically with a range of aged care providers both private and not-for-profit, and has an in-depth aged care knowledge.

Claire specialises in assisting organisations to understand their customers’ journey, evidence pathways for consumer engagement, and can lens the customer experience through the implementation and execution of training, systems and processes.

Claire is an experienced Administrator for Compliance Transformation Services.

Carla Beheram

Carla has a passion for supporting aged care organisations to innovate and deliver change. With more than 15 years in senior management roles (both private and not-for-profit), Carla has worked with organisations to identify opportunities and turn strategic initiatives into action.

She has led a variety of special projects, including the implementation of electronic care systems across 11 aged care homes, developing and delivering New Grad Programs, as well as driving internal clinical and operational audits for achievement of Accreditation and Business Excellence.

Carla’s highly influential change management skills, strong leadership and direct approach allow her to create, lead and work with teams across all business functions, no matter the complexity. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and Graduate Certificate in Strategic Business, and is an experienced Advisor for Compliance Transformation.

Dr Maggie Haertsch

Maggie has deep expertise in enabling innovation and consumer centric models that allow her to quickly determine requirements and enable transformation.  Maggie is the Co-Founder of the ‘Arts Health Institute’, which between 2011, and 2017 enabled programs such as Play UP, Music and Memory, SingOutLoud (inter-generational choir), Artist in the House and Cultural Concierge.

She has worked with hundreds of aged care homes, has been published extensively and is a Certified Practitioner in ASCOT (Adult Social Care Outcomes Toolkit). She has presented at all aged care industry conferences and worked closely with the Aged Care Quality Agency in the Better Practice Programs in 2016 and 2017.

In 2018 Maggie worked at the World Health Organization on the Global Dementia Strategy. She was recognised in the 2015 ‘The 100 Women of Influence Award’, and the United Nations ‘Media Peace Award’ for Promotion of Positive Images of Ageing.

Kerri_Hartney

Kerri Hartney

Kerri Hartney has extensive aged care experience having worked FP and NP over the last 35 years , with expert operational and clinical  excellence in Residential Aged Care.

Kerri expertise in  leadership and change management- in particular staff culture with education mentoring support to enable best practise and regulatory compliance against all industry standards.

Kerri is an aged care leader with strong clinical expertise. She has the vision and capability to champion both consumer and strategic management working in a supportive and collaborative manner.

Kerri holds a Associate Diploma in Clinical Nursing Studies (Gerontological Nursing) and a Advanced Diploma of Management.

Kerri is an experienced Advisor (per the Aged Care Act) and also provides internal review services to help providers ascertain current performance to the standards and identifying areas for further improvement.

Ingrid Fairlie

Ingrid Fairlie has 18 years experience  in aged care, working for providers and the last 11 years working for regulatory bodies in aged care and disability services. Ingrid brings a diverse level of experience in quality and compliance. Ingrid’s experience includes working at the forefront of regulatory development as a subject matter expert for quality measurement in aged care collaborating with the Department of Health and technical advisory groups for the development of the new aged care standards and guidance material.

Ingrid brings a depth of knowledge of what drives organisational performance beyond compliance and achieve sustainable outcomes for consumers. Ingrid’s technical expertise in systems development and performance measurement combined with her engaging leadership style have assisted organisations in building capabilities to respond to complex change environments.

Ingrid holds a Masters in Business Administration and is an experienced trainer and facilitator.  As an international healthcare standards surveyor for the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), Ingrid brings different perspectives of best practice principles from around the world.
