Support at Home Policies and Processes Package Now Released
From 1 November 2025, the new Support at Home Program will take effect, bringing significant changes to funding, compliance, and service delivery.
To support providers in navigating this transition, Anchor Policy has developed a tailored Support at Home Policy & Process Package, designed to align with the Aged Care Act (2024), the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards (August 2025), and the latest guidance from the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
