Toni brings over 20 years of experience in government regulation and compliance, including her former role as a Senior Quality Assessor with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
As an aged care consultant, she supports providers through compliance audits, regulatory assessment preparation, quality and documentation reviews, incident and complaints management, risk identification, governance oversight and continuous improvement. Her work also includes staff education and helping providers understand and meet the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
Toni combines her regulatory experience with a practical, evidence-based approach, looking beyond policies and procedures to understand how systems work in practice. She focuses on identifying risks, strengthening compliance and providing clear, achievable recommendations that support improvements in care and service delivery
